These terms govern your use of jonjason.com, digital skill products, secure download delivery, free packs, AcceleratorOS/community materials, consultations, and related services from Jon Jason LLC.

By using the site, purchasing a digital product, requesting a free pack, joining a community, booking a consultation, or downloading files, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Products and Services
Products may include Claude skills, prompts, templates, books, digital downloads, free packs, AcceleratorOS/community resources, consultations, and related implementation support. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and included files may change over time.
Eligibility and Account Information
You must provide accurate checkout, contact, booking, and support information. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for purchases and for keeping downloaded files secure.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe or other third-party payment providers. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes, payment method accuracy, and any fees charged by your provider.
Digital Delivery and Expiring Links
Digital products are delivered through secure links, receipt emails, private releases, or other delivery tools. Download links may expire by time, download count, security review, or fraud prevention rules. If a legitimate purchase link expires, use the recovery page or contact support from the purchase email to request a fresh link. Expiring links protect paid files from public circulation and do not cancel a valid purchase.
License
Unless a checkout page or written agreement says otherwise, paid and free digital products are licensed to you for personal or internal business use. You may use the materials to build your own workflows and client services, but you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, leak, upload publicly, or package the files as a competing product. Downloads may be buyer-specific, watermarked, tokenized, or otherwise traceable.
Refunds
For paid skill bundles and digital products, contact support within 14 days if you are not satisfied. Approved refunds terminate your license to use the refunded materials. We may deny refunds for abuse, repeat refunding, chargeback misuse, redistribution, public sharing, or continued use after refund. Delivery problems, broken links, or missing files should be reported promptly so we can replace or regenerate access. If a specific checkout page states a different refund rule, that checkout-specific rule controls.
Consultations, Community, and AcceleratorOS
Consultation bookings, community access, and AcceleratorOS materials may have additional rules shown at checkout, booking, or inside the community. We may remove access for harassment, spam, illegal activity, confidentiality violations, payment failure, or conduct that harms other members or the business.
No Professional Advice or Guaranteed Results
Skills, templates, AI prompts, examples, business playbooks, legal-themed materials, financial-themed materials, and consultations are educational and operational tools. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, following applicable laws, and deciding whether to consult a qualified professional. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, ad results, legal outcomes, AI citations, or business performance.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the site or products to break the law, infringe rights, bypass security, scrape or overload systems, distribute malware, misrepresent identity, violate platform terms, or help others misuse or pirate the materials.
Intellectual Property
The site, logo, brand, product names, copy, files, workflows, skill materials, code, templates, and related content are owned by Jon Jason LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license stated above.
Third-Party Services
The site and services may link to or rely on third-party platforms, including Stripe, GoHighLevel, Modal, Cal.com, GitHub, Cloudinary, Google Fonts, analytics tools, and social platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, outages, or practices.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jon Jason LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jon Jason LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or products, violation of these terms, infringement of rights, illegal conduct, or redistribution of protected materials.
Disputes and Governing Law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact [email protected] and try to resolve the issue informally for 30 days. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless a checkout-specific agreement requires another lawful process. You and Jon Jason LLC waive the right to participate in class actions to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as products, delivery systems, laws, or business operations change. The effective date above shows when this version was last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
