Information We Collect

• Contact details you submit, such as name, email address, phone number if provided, messages, chatbot questions, consultation requests, and support requests.
• Purchase and delivery information, such as product purchased, purchase email, checkout metadata, payment status, download token metadata, link recovery activity, and support history. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe, not stored by us.
• Newsletter and marketing preferences, including consent records, source forms, unsubscribe status, and engagement with emails.
• Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser/device data, referral URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and analytics events.
• Community, course, or consultation information you provide when joining AcceleratorOS, booking a call, or interacting with related services.

How We Use Information

• To process purchases, verify buyers, deliver digital products, generate fresh expiring links, watermark downloads, and prevent unauthorized sharing.
• To provide support, answer questions, route you to relevant skills, consultations, AcceleratorOS, or community resources.
• To send transactional emails such as receipts, download links, recovery links, service updates, and security notices.
• To send marketing emails only where permitted, including when you request the free pack, join a newsletter, or otherwise consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve the site, measure campaign performance, detect abuse or fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the business, such as Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel or CRM/email tools for forms and follow-up, Modal and delivery infrastructure for expiring links, email delivery providers, Cal.com for bookings, GitHub or hosting infrastructure for private release delivery, analytics providers, and professional advisers when needed. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future configuration is disclosed and an opt-out is provided where required.

Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and analytics tools to remember preferences, keep dismissed popups dismissed, measure site usage, and understand which campaigns perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended without them.

Email and Consent
