jonjason.com is operated by Jon Jason LLC, a California limited liability company (California Secretary of State entity no. 202028711047), under the brand name “Jon Jason.” In this policy, “Jon Jason,” “we,” and “us” mean Jon Jason LLC, which is responsible for the personal information described here.

We build the operating system for modern entrepreneurs: the Accelerate book series, the AcceleratorOS course and community, AI skills and automation tools, and one-on-one consultations.

Information We Collect

• Contact details you submit, such as name, email address, mobile phone number and SMS consent if you opt in to text messages, messages, chatbot questions, consultation requests, and support requests.
• Purchase and delivery information, such as product purchased, purchase email, checkout metadata, payment status, download token metadata, link recovery activity, and support history. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe, not stored by us.
• Newsletter and marketing preferences, including consent records, source forms, unsubscribe status, and engagement with emails.
• Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser/device data, referral URLs, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, and analytics events.
• Community, course, or consultation information you provide when joining AcceleratorOS, booking a call, or interacting with related services.

How We Use Information

• To process purchases, verify buyers, deliver digital products, generate fresh expiring links, watermark downloads, and prevent unauthorized sharing.
• To provide support, answer questions, route you to relevant skills, consultations, AcceleratorOS, or community resources.
• To send transactional emails such as receipts, download links, recovery links, service updates, and security notices.
• To send marketing emails only where permitted, including when you request the free pack, join a newsletter, or otherwise consent. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• To improve the site, measure campaign performance, detect abuse or fraud, enforce terms, and comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We share information with service providers that help operate the business, such as Stripe for payments, GoHighLevel or CRM/email tools for forms and follow-up, Modal and delivery infrastructure for expiring links, email delivery providers, Cal.com for bookings, GitHub or hosting infrastructure for private release delivery, analytics providers, and professional advisers when needed. We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a future configuration is disclosed and an opt-out is provided where required.

The sharing described above never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent. See Text Messaging (SMS) below.

Text Messaging (SMS)

Jon Jason (Jon Jason LLC) offers an optional text messaging program. You can opt in only through the chat widget on our website at jonjason.com/text-us, by entering your mobile number and checking one or both consent boxes. The boxes are unchecked by default, and each covers one type of message:

• Customer care messages: replies to your questions and support requests, ticket updates, appointment and consultation coordination, and follow-up on an inquiry you started.
• Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, event and webinar announcements, and new product or service announcements.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming it. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (213) 566-9284 or [email protected].

When you opt in, we collect your mobile number, the consent you gave, the date and time you gave it, and the messages exchanged, so that we can deliver the messages you asked for and honor opt-out requests.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and analytics tools to remember preferences, keep dismissed popups dismissed, measure site usage, and understand which campaigns perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work as intended without them.

Email Analytics

When we send you an email we record whether it was opened and which links were clicked, and we associate that activity with your subscriber record rather than keeping it anonymous. We use it to understand which content is useful, to stop sending to people who are no longer reading, and to measure which links people act on. We do not sell this data or use it to build advertising profiles. You can request an export or deletion of your email activity at any time by emailing [email protected], or unsubscribe using the link in any email, which stops collection going forward.

Email and Consent

Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe and our physical mailing address. Transactional emails, such as receipts, download links, security notices, and recovery messages, may still be sent when needed to provide a product or service you requested.

California Privacy Rights

California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing. Where applicable, we rely on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations as our bases for processing. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide products and services, support purchases, maintain security and anti-piracy records, comply with tax/accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Marketing preferences may be retained to honor unsubscribes.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including secure payment processing and expiring download links. No online system is perfectly secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information or download link has been compromised.

Children

The site and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site, products, tools, or laws change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
